Tuesday's Colloquium start delayed by 15 min

   Dear All,

     This week’s colloquium, given by Allan MacDonald, will start at 4:00pm, a 15 min delay. This delay will accommodate those faculty and students that wish to also attend the IMR Distinguished Lecture by Michael Flatté (U Iowa).  I realize this is somewhat of an unusual circumstance but given the close overlap of topics between the two speakers I believe there will be people who will want to attend both.  Rather than have our Colloquium disrupted by late arrivals I am delaying the start.   The reception will start at 3:30pm as usual, so you will have more time for conversation and doughnuts.
