All,

Tanya has been overloaded for some time with Erin's group (Erin left mid-July), so just wanting to allow her time to focus on more front office duties.

I am also looping Robin in on this communication; she is also helping with some travels.

I hope to send out more communication here soon to help navigate action items, so we can provide the customer service that is expected.

So.... Please help me by utilizing the "Subject" area in all e-mails to 'physics-all at lists.osu.edu' with eRequest# or eTravel# or key full name.
