[ASC Physics HR]

Hello Physics,

Friendly reminder: OSU and Physics Offices will be closed Monday, May 27, 2019 in honor of the Memorial Day holiday. Hourly paid employees and student workers should not be working or report hours for 05/27/2019.

Because the university will not be open Monday, hourly employees and student workers please submit your BiWeekly timesheets by Friday, May 24, 2019. Supervisors please approve timesheets by end of day Friday, May 24 (or by 9:00am on Tuesday, May 28).

If student workers truly need to work and log hours on 05/27/19, supervisors should include a comment to confirm work completed prior to approving timesheets. Supervisors, if your students will work on the holiday, please notify  ASC-physics-hr at osu.edu<mailto:ASC-physics-hr at osu.edu>.
