Update on Staff Climate Survey

Dear colleagues,

On behalf of the Climate and Diversity Committee I am writing to thank you for your participation in our recent efforts to survey the staff in our department to identify what is working well and what areas could use some improvement. Our committee has collated your responses and is making recommendations to Brian about how we might best take advantage of this feedback going forward. We very much appreciate the spirit of open dialogue and efforts to improve our department inherent in your responses.
