unscheduled VPN outage this evening between 6:00 and 10:00 PM

OCIO has scheduled an emergency outage of the ASC-VPN tonight between 
6:00 and 10:00 PM. They expect this to to take less than 10 minutes, but 
are reserving the 4-hour window in case of difficulties. If you try to 
use the VPN this evening and cannot connect, wait 10-15 minutes and try 
again.
