Obituary for former faculty member Robert Arns

Bob became Vice Chair under Len Jossem in the 1970s.  Prior to Bob there were, to my memory, no vice chairs -- Len ran the whole show single handedly.  Very early in my tenure here the main office was open on Saturday mornings.  Times change.  You see how things have improved!
