[NEWS] Update from weekend building systems issues - Control Air Compressor Repaired

Environmental and process cooling water issues from over the weekend were related to a loss of control air provided by a compressor that failed.

Permanent repairs to this main control air compressor are now complete and the temporary compressor installed over the weekend is now removed.

As an additional countermeasure to prevent such cascading failures in the future, FOD reports a new and more robust compressor has been ordered will be installed soon.

Normal building parameters are fully present and at steady state so any experimental campaigns that were suspended over the weekend can resume.
