1st floor lab brief network outage Friday morning 17 Nov.

This Friday, 17 November, from 7:00 AM until 8:30 AM, on the lab side of 
the first floor of the PRB, there will be a brief network outage on each 
wired network jack as it is moved to a new network switch. Outages 
should only last a few seconds at most.

This will not affect osuwireless connections. It will only affect the 
lab side of the first floor.

This is part of a project to upgrade the networking in the PRB.
