Submit eTimesheet/eLeave BW PP14/Office Closed December 25 and 26

[ASC Physics HR]

Hello Physics Faculty, Staff and Students,

Friendly reminder: OSU and Physics Offices will be closed Monday, December 25 and Tuesday, December 26. Hourly paid employees and student workers should not be working or report hours for 12/25/2017 or 12/26/2017.

Because the university will not be open Monday and Tuesday, hourly employees and student workers please submit your Pay Period 14 (12/10/2017- 12/23/2017) timesheets by Friday, December 22. Supervisors please approve timesheets by end of day Friday, December 22 (or before end of day Tuesday, December 26).



*         Any employee that needs assistance with back-up eTime entry should be contacting ASC Physics HR<mailto:ASC-physics-hr at osu.edu> to review ASAP.

*         Any supervisor that needs assistance with back-up approval should contact Jean Ball<mailto:balljg at physics.osu.edu> to review ASAP.
