As part of an upcoming professional development training program for graduate students and postdocs, SciPhD is offering a session called "The Business of Science" for faculty and staff. This session will share with faculty the design and key experiential learning points of the program in which students and postdocs will have the opportunity to participate (agenda here<http://ohio-state.us6.list-manage2.com/track/click?u=c70e74d0b032899894a41a941&id=3531cff3ad&e=cae56b00d4>).

Faculty will share how they can support student development of critical business skills while simultaneously seeking better lab operations. This session will look at your lab as a small business and go over techniques for managing the work and mentoring the people in the lab.

Tomorrow an announcement for graduate students will be sent. Please be sure to forward it.
