[NEWS] High Pressure Gas Cylinder Returned to Loading Dock with No Cap

[Physics facility information]

An empty high pressure cylinder was returned to the loading dock with the valve cap missing (see attached photo).

The cylinder number is 640362 and the contents was Helium.

The Department requests that the end user locate the cap and return it to the cylinder.

The Department reminds high pressure gas cylinder users to transport cylinders with the valve cap in place for safety reasons.
