eTimesheet/eLeave BW PP20 Due Today: Monday, March 21, 2016

Hello Physics Faculty, Staff and Students,

If you do not use eTimesheet, or do not supervise bi-weekly employees/students, please disregard this message.

Please submit your Pay Period 20 Bi-Weekly eTime/eLeave requests by 10:00 AM TODAY. Supervisors please make sure requests are approved by 12:00 PM, so employees are paid.



*         Bi-Weekly Paid Employees & Students should: Submit hours worked for each week before leaving on the last day of that work week or before 10:00 am on Monday morning.

Any employee that needs assistance with back-up eTime entry should be contacting ASC Physics HR<mailto:ASC-physics-hr at osu.edu> to review ASAP.

*         Supervisors should: Approve timesheets each week by 12:00 Monday so your employees get paid on time.

Any supervisor that needs assistance with back-up approval should contact Jean Ball<mailto:balljg at physics.osu.edu>, or Martina Gutik<mailto:gutik.1 at osu.edu> to review ASAP.

Note: Last week (03/14 - 03/18) was Spring Break:

*         Students who do not work last week should submit a zero hour timesheet for review and approval

*         Students who did work were permitted to work up to 38 hours per week; this included all federal work study students and international students on F-1 Visas

o    Supervisors please add a comment that this was pre-approved in eTimesheet for students who worked up 38 hours
