Steve Baker resignation & plans going forward

[Physics Business Operations]

All,

As many of you may know Steve Baker has taken a new job within OSU effective January 1, 2016.  I would like to congratulate Steve in his new job and wish him well in his new endeavors.

Effective immediately, as we evaluate and develop plans for the business operations, processes and reporting will be as follows:

Martina will supervise Eric Robbin's, provide back-up,  and approve his group's eRequest, eTravel, UNIV PCard, PA005, HRAs, etc..

Jean will supervise Trisch Longbrake, provide back-up, and approve her group's eRequest, eTravel, UNIV PCard, PA005, HRAs, etc..
Jean will work with students to help manage all non-cap. assets.

Jean and Martina will jointly support NSL earnings unit;  I will review structure and operations and Martina will approve eRequest transactions.

Phil Davids will support capital assets and surplus disposal.

Mallory Aliff will be available to collaborate with Trisch and Eric on HR items.

Your patience is appreciated as we work though this transition.
