Offices Closed Friday, 12/23 and Monday, 12/26

Hello Physics,

Friendly reminder: OSU and Physics Offices will be closed tomorrow, December 23 and Monday, December 26.

Hourly paid employees and student workers should not be working or report hours for 12/23/2016 and 12/26/2016.

If student workers truly do need to work and log hours, supervisors should include a comment to confirm work completed prior to approving timesheets. Supervisors, if your students will work on the holiday, please notify  ASC-physics-hr at osu.edu<mailto:ASC-physics-hr at osu.edu>.

Monday, December 26th at 10am is bi-weekly timesheet deadline. If possible, it is highly recommended that biweekly paid employees complete and submit their timesheets for Pay Period 14 (Dec 11th - Dec 24th) for approval before they leave for the long weekend or by the end of the day on Friday December 23rd.

It is also recommended that bi-weekly employees let their supervisors know when they have submitted leave and timesheets so supervisors can approve.  Supervisors, please try and approve leave and timesheets as timely as possible.  If you believe that you will have a problem approving time, please let me know as soon as possible.
