Loss of Physics Student

   Dear all,

     We have received some very sad news regarding one of our Physics
majors, Kaifeng Liu.  Kaifeng, a junior double major in Physics and
Astronomy, took his own life last weekend.  The Student Advocacy Center is
working with Kaifeng's roommates and girlfriend during this difficult time.
They are also working with Kaifeng's family who will be traveling to
Columbus.  If you or anyone you know is affected by this tragedy, you are
encouraged to contact Ellen Grudowski (grudowski.1) in the Student Advocacy
Center for assistance.  Our thoughts go out to Kaifeng's family and friends
who are grappling with this profound loss.
