[ALERT] Sept 7th Next Triannual Maintenance Shutdown - Notice 1 of 3

[Physics facility information]

Triannual planned maintenance on the PRB's lab-side and office-side air handler units and exhaust fans will be conducted by FOD on Wednesday, Sept 7th, 2016

Occupants are reminded that air flows and other air-related building processes will be impacted throughout the day as maintenance is done.

Maintenance is scheduled to start at 7:00 AM and is planned to be completed by no later than 3:00 PM.

Please take planned action to prepare for this event.

- Building air flow and air-related processes will be interrupted throughout the day.



For long range planning purposes, the dates for Triannual Preventive Maintenance Activities for calendar year 2016 are as follows:

Outage 1 - 2016: January 13 - Wednesday - Done

Outage 2 - 2016: May 4 - Wednesday - Done

Outage 3 - 2016: September 7 - Wednesday - Announced
