[ALERT] May 4th Next Triannual Maintenance Shutdown with PCW and HHW Outage - Notice 2 of 3

Triannual planned maintenance on the PRB's lab-side and office-side air handler units and exhaust fans will be conducted by FOD on Wednesday, May 4th, 2016

Occupants are reminded that air flows and other air-related building processes will be impacted throughout the day as maintenance is done.

Occupants are also asked to take special note that an extended process cooling water (PCW) system shutdown will occur during this maintenance period to allow for replacement of a failing pressure relief valve.

In addition to work on the PCW system, work will also be done on the heating hot water (HHW) system resulting in varying and colder than normal office and lab temperatures depending partially on ambient conditions present that day.

Maintenance is scheduled to start at 7:00 AM and is planned to be completed by no later than 3:00 PM.

Please take planned action to prepare for this event.

Outage 1 - 2016: January 13 - Wednesday - Done

Outage 2 - 2016: May 4 - Wednesday - Announced

Outage 3 - 2016: September 7 - Wednesday - Planned
