Physics Chair Search Process

Dear Colleagues,

I write to announce the composition of the Chair Search Committee in Physics. The charge to the committee is to identify two or more candidates for chair who have the confidence, endorsement and support of the Physics faculty and staff to lead the department. I  would like the committee to conclude its work by the middle of Spring Semester in order to have time to orient and on-board the new chair before the end of the fiscal year.

I am grateful to Prof. Susan Olesik, Chair of Chemistry and Biochemistry, who kindly has agreed to chair the search committee:
