Hello Physics Faculty, Staff, and Students,
Below is a March Madness Challenge Calendar from the Your Plan for Health (YP4H) website http://yp4h.osu.edu/
There are some daily easy exercises for each day this month.  Those who are benefits-eligible can receive points towards gift cards.  Here are the specifics given to me courtesy of Becky Daskalova.  Becky would like to get a group together to do the 30 second plank in the main office at lunch at 12:00 noon today.  Her email is at the end.
