Ohio State Summer Camps Offer a World of Opportunities
Ohio State has a longstanding tradition of offering Buckeyes of all ages and abilities vibrant summer experiences from active sports camps to hands-on educational experiences. The university's P12 Initiative<http://eoaclk.com/6ZgmiQozGa/> offers an Ohio State 2015 Summer Camp Guide<http://eoaclk.com/JE9omLKyVY/> to help find the best type of residential or day camp. Also included are programs that help pre-college students transition smoothly to a university setting. See the attached full 2015 camp listings attached for more details.


Dependent Eligibility Verification Reminder
You may soon be receiving a Dependent Eligibility Verification packet asking you to verify your dependents' eligibility to receive health care benefits through Ohio State. The Ohio State University is committed to offering high-quality health care coverage while being good stewards of its resources by managing costs of its benefits programs. To ensure that benefits are being appropriately allocated those who are eligible, the university requires all employees to verify their covered dependents' eligibility. The 6,900 Ohio State employees who have not yet verified their dependents' eligibility are being asked to do so by April 18, 2015.




Summer term Dependent Tuition Assistance enrollment
The Ohio State University offers eligible employees and their dependents the opportunity to advance their education at Ohio State. Applications for Dependent Tuition Assistance must be submitted each term for each dependent. Summer 2015 term enrollment window closes on Friday (6/19). Faculty and staff can enroll using Employee Self Service<http://eprofile.osu.edu/> or paper applications. Reminder: Faculty and Staff Voluntary Disability Self-Identification

Next week, all Ohio State employees will be given the option to voluntarily log into Employee Self Service to indicate their disability status. This important information will be kept by the Office of Human Resources to meet federal requirements and will remain confidential. Employees will be able to indicate their disability status in Employee Self Service via the "Main Menu" drop-down list in the top-left corner, then navigate to Employee Self Service, Personal Information, then Disability.
