[ALERT] September 9th Next Triannual Maintenance Shutdown - Notice 2 of 3

[Physics facility information]

Triannual planned maintenance on the PRB's lab-side air handler units and exhaust fans will be conducted by FOD on Wednesday, September 9th 2015.



Occupants are reminded that air flows and other air-related building processes will be impacted throughout the day as maintenance is done.



Maintenance and/or repairs will also be done on several other building systems not listed that are considered non-impacting to occupants.



Maintenance is scheduled to start at 7:00 AM and is planned to be completed by no later than 3:00 PM.



Please take planned action to prepare for this event.

- Air handler / Exhaust Fan shut down Wednesday, September 9th.



- Building air flow and air-related processes will be interrupted throughout the day.



For long range planning purposes, the dates for Triannual Preventive Maintenance Activities for calendar year 2015 are as follows:



Outage 1 - 2015: February 4 - Wednesday - Done



Outage 2 - 2015: May 6 - Wednesday - Done



Outage 3 - 2015: September 9 - Wednesday- Announced
