Flu Shots! -Registration now open for Tues. Oct. 14 - at Physics in 1136PRB

Faculty, Staff, Visiting Scholars and Postdocs (Benefit-Eligible positions),

On Tuesday, October 14, the OSU Health Plan's Health Promotion Specialist(s) will be in our building (Room 1136 PRB) from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. to do onsite FLU VACINATIONS (covered by the plan).  Registration is now open online for this date but the slots may fill up fast as the site is open to all OSU employees.

Here is how to register for your flu vaccination,

2.        scroll down and click on Flu Vaccinations in a blue square below.


3.       On the next screen named "DON'T FORGET YOUR FLU SHOT"  scroll down till you see this sentence:

4.       In the sentence above click on the last word "schedule". This tiny word schedule is a link (not very visible) to the OSU Employee Login.  (Do NOT click on the larger font phrase "Schedule Now" as that is not a link.)


5.       Log in with your osu name .number and password.


6.       The flu vaccination option will be highlighted.  Go to the location pull down menu and click on " Physics Res Bldg".  It is not necessary to change the date range.


7.       Click on "find appointments".   All of the available Oct. 14 appointments for the PRB will be listed. Find an available appointment time and register.
