?The Society for Women in Physics is leading their November discussion night on the topic of Communicating Science. This will be held on Thursday, November 20th, from 4-5 pm, in the Smith Seminar Room (Physics Research Building 1080). We'll discuss why communicating science is distinct, examples of how science is communicated well and poorly, and, in particular, methods you can start to use now. Please come pick up some ideas and contribute your own! Appetizers provided.
