[ALERT] Important Change in Maintenance Outage Scheduling

[Physics facility information]

The number of planned maintenance outages for air handlers and primary exhaust in the PRB will be reduced from 4 per year to 3 per year beginning in calendar year 2015.

The previously announced outage planned for January 7th, 2015 will be moved to February 4th, 2015.


Outages for 2015 will occur as follows:

Outage 1 - 2015:   February 4  -  Wednesday

Outage 2 - 2015:   May 5  -  Wednesday

Outage 3 - 2015:   September 9  -  Wednesday


Assuming this reduction in outages per year proves acceptable, the outages for 2016 would then be forecast as follows:

Outage 1 - 2016:   January 6  -  Wednesday

Outage 2 - 2016:   May 4  -  Wednesday

Outage 3 - 2016:   September 7  -  Wednesday
