Phishing email

Within the last day, a large number of people in Physics received a false email message telling them that their accounts would be deactivated if they didn't go to a website and enter their username and password. This is not a real request by OSU personnel, but rather is a phishing attempt by individuals trying to gain access to your account and our systems.

You should ignore any emails requesting that you give your credentials. Contact us if you have any questions or doubts about a specific message.
