New Directory Listings on Physics.osu.edu website

Dear Faculty, Staff and Students:

We are planning to start using the newer Drupal site directory called PEOPLE in place of the older original DIRECTORY.  We have already moved the information from the old directory into the new format with the assistance of our student workers. However, we will require some assistance on your part to provide whatever level of information that you desire to be shown.

Everyone:

1.      Please check the information provided with your name for accuracy - if there are errors, please send the corrections to:  hr at physics.osu.edu<mailto:hr at physics.osu.edu>.

2.      New photos will be taken - Mallory will contact you in the next month or so to arrange to have photos taken, either head shots, at your desk or in your lab.  You can also provide us with a high resolution digital image if you wish.

3.      There is a spot for a narrative biography - if you wish to provide this information, please write a paragraph or two and submit to: hr at physics.osu.edu<mailto:hr at physics.osu.edu>.

4.      Please let us also know if you have a website or if the website indicated should be updated - Please note that the university now has an easy application for personal websites.  Go to: https://U.osu.edu for more information.
Faculty:  We have moved all the information from the old directory, however we need some input from you -

1.      Updated Short CV (send electronically as a pdf file to palmer.14 at osu.edu<mailto:palmer.14 at osu.edu>)

2.      Check the information that has been uploaded.  I inserted the information regarding education, areas of research, etc. from your latest CV. Please feel free to provide edits to this information directly to me.
Finally - if you don't find your name in the directory - please send an email to hr at physics.osu.edu<mailto:hr at physics.osu.edu> with the pertinent information.  We are trying to work from the most up to date files, but as you know this is an ever-changing document.
