[ALERT] Utility Teams did Natural Gas work yesterday afternoon - Feed to PRB offline

Teams from the OSU Utilities group installed new natural gas valves along 19th avenue over the past few days.

The final tie-in for this work was made yesterday afternoon and required a temporary shutdown of the natural gas feed to the PRB.

The gas service was restored to the building in the late afternoon, but out of caution was not redistributed to the labs. (building natural gas isolation valve remained closed overnight)

This message serves to inform labs that the gas was shut off and to ask that labs double check that their natural gas use points are closed prior to service returning.

Gas service will be restored to the labs later this morning to allow some time for this message to be distributed.
