Welcome Mallory J. Aliff (new Human Resource Associate) to Physics

Please join me in Welcoming  Mallory Aliff to the physics department.

Mallory has worked at OSU for about five years, first in the Chemistry and most recently with the Business Service Center (BSC) for about three years.  She has her Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University.  I am thrilled she has accepted this position with us, Human Resource Associate, Mallory brings an extensive range of Human Resource knowledge and understanding of both OSU, ASC-NMS, and Physics.

Mallory's official start date is Monday, November 26th.   We have a transition plan, so Mallory will start working in Physics Monday, November 19 half time in the afternoon for two days; she will work Nov. 21,26,27, and 28 part-time in the mornings and start full-time November 29.

Mallory's office will be 1040G PRB (Mark Reed's former office).

The UNITs/Phones will take some time (est. 1-2 weeks), but we expect her phone number to be 292-4684, her OSU e-mail is aliff.8 at osu.edu<mailto:aliff.8 at osu.edu>.

We also have the new secure HR e-mail address hr at physics.osu.edu<mailto:hr at physics.osu.edu>; which enables the HR backup team monitor and help with our HR transactions.


Reminder: We also have a log notebook and a basket at the front desk to help track/log our HR requests/paperwork.
