[CRITICAL] Process Cooling Water back online

Process Cooling Water is back online in "hand" control.

FOD will continue to check the systems through the night.

Research groups should carefully check the integrity of equipment connections using process cooling water.

For lab diagnostic purposes, the outage is believed to have begun sometime between 8:30 pm and 10:00 pm.
