[CRITICAL] Process Cooling Water Offline

Process Cooling Water serving the internal cooling loops for department equipment is offline.

FOD is aware of the problem and is working to resolve the issue.

Research groups with equipment that is dependent on process cooling water should take immediate evasive action to avoid heat related problems.
