Alain Connes Colloquium May 9

The Department of Mathematics and the Mathematics Research Institute have announced a lecture next Wednesday May 9 at 4:30 pm in 1009 Smith Laboratory.  The speaker is Alain Connes and his title is "The Spectral Point of View in Geometry and Physics."   This is part of a two week workshop (May 7-18).
