Help needed to decorate for tomorrow's Winter Party

Hi all,

The Winter Party is only a day away.  You may ask, how does all of the work get done for this event?  The answer is that lots of folks work hard to plan it, order the food, drinks, tables, decorations, band, pick up miscellaneous supplies, etc. etc.  How can you help, you might ask.   Setting up and decorating the atrium takes time. We could use your help in this effort. Please respond to this email if you are willing to come at 2:00 PM tomorrow to help with the set up and decorations.  The more that come, the sooner you can get home and put on your gauchos and sombrero!!
