Thank you to all who participated by turning in forms with pledges, cash and checks; participated in our special Pizza sale and bake sale; and attended our ice cream social.

Friday December 14, 2012 (tomorrow) is the last day of the drive.  If you wish to participate by payroll deduction, please submit your form to me by noon tomorrow.  Cash or checks can be submitted after that date if you wish.

Your pledge form should have had a mint attached, so if you are looking for it, that might help you find it in a pile of paper!!  If you lost it and want to make a pledge, please download the form at: http://hr.osu.edu/special/12pledgeform.pdf  I will be happy to fill in the Org information if you can fill in your employee id# and name.

Thanks also to Arnay Tate, Ashley Geiger, Trisch Longbrake, Lisa Colarosa and Phil Davids for distributing pledge forms and helping to plan and staff the Ice Cream Social and Pizza/Bake Sale.  Many hands make light work.
