December Monthly Payroll Deadline - 12/11/12

Hello Physics Faculty and Staff,

The December monthly payroll deadline is approaching. Please submit any HR action requests for new hires, transfers, terminations, Off Duty Pay (ODP), funding changes and Release Time (RT) to be processed and paid in the month of December to me by Tuesday, December 11th at 5PM.

Please be sure all forms are signed before submitting them to me. Admins, please sign on the PAR as the Requestor and have your Faculty member sign as the first Department Approver. Please be sure to initial on ODP and RT forms as well.

Off Duty Pay

*         December = 11 eligible days (12/13/12 - 12/31/12; this excludes the Christmas holidays)

*         January = 3 eligible days (01/02/13 - 01/04/13 )

*         Please submit requests for ODP on the BSC ODP Request Form<http://ascbsc.osu.edu/sites/ascbsc.osu.edu/files/Off%20Duty%20Request%20Form%20%28ODP%29_1.pdf>. Each month requested needs to be listed separately on the form in the spaces provided. See example below. When filled out electronically the ODP form will auto calculate the overall total for the request at the bottom.

Monthly Payroll Certifications Deadline is December 12th

*         Electronic monthly payroll certification deadline is December 12th. A reminder email will go out. If someone is an approver (primary or back-up) in eLeave, then they are also an approver for monthly payroll certification.
