[ALERT] Atrium Stay-Clear Zone

[Physics facility information]

Occupants entering the Atrium will note a stay-clear zone has been set up just outside the entrance to the main office.

This is in response to the discovery of an unusual amount of flex in a large window pane in room M2041 (just above the office entry doors).

Representatives from FOD have been on site this morning and have already been in contact with the window manufacturer.

In an abundance of caution, the Department requests that occupants avoid this stay-clear zone until further notice.

Access to the main office is now through the north door and passage through the Atrium is maintained around the back side of the free-standing whiteboard structures near the Smith Seminar Room.
