reminder: complete departmental survey

Dear colleagues,

Our department's tri-annual departmental self-assessment survey is up and running! Thank you to all of you who have filled out the survey already.

If you haven't done so, please fill out the survey before March 1st. It takes about 20 minutes to complete, and you can choose to be included in a raffle of OSU Physics Department tumblers. Your answers will help us understand how our department is perceived to be doing on issues that are important for student success. Thank you for your participation.
