Invitation to take the departmental survey

Dear colleagues,

The OSU APS IDEA team would like to invite you to complete the tri-annual departmental self-assessment survey on your perception of different parts of our department. Your answers will help us understand how our department is perceived to be doing on issues that are important for student success. The link below takes you to a survey in Qualtrics that is anonymous and takes about 20 minutes to complete. At the end of the survey you can choose to be included in a raffle of OSU Physics Department tumblers. Thank you for your participation.
