[ALERT] Sept 6th Next Triannual Maintenance Shutdown - Notice 3 of 3

Triannual planned maintenance on the PRB's lab-side and office-side air handler units and exhaust fans will be conducted by FOD on Wednesday, September 6th, 2023.  (Tomorrow)

Occupants are reminded that air flows and other air-related building processes will be impacted throughout the day as maintenance is done.

Maintenance is scheduled to start at 7:00 AM and is planned to be completed by no later than 4:00 pm.

Occupants are asked to take planned action to prepare for this event.

For long range planning purposes, the dates for Triannual Preventive Maintenance Activities for calendar year 2023 are as follows:

Outage 1 - 2023: January 4 - Wednesday - Done

Outage 2 - 2023: May 3 - Wednesday - Done

Outage 3 - 2023: September 6 - Wednesday - Announced
