[ALERT] May 3rd Next Triannual Maintenance Shutdown - Notice 2 of 3

Triannual planned maintenance on the PRB's lab-side and office-side air handler units and exhaust fans will be conducted by FOD on Wednesday, May 3rd, 2023.

Occupants are reminded that air flows and other air-related building processes will be impacted throughout the day as maintenance is done.

Maintenance is scheduled to start at 7:00 AM and is planned to be completed by no later than 3:00 pm Wednesday

Occupants are asked to take planned action to prepare for this event.

For long range planning purposes, the dates for Triannual Preventive Maintenance Activities for calendar year 2023 are as follows:

Outage 1 - 2023: January 4 - Wednesday - Done

Outage 2 - 2023: May 3 - Wednesday - Announced

Outage 3 - 2023: September 6 - Wednesday - Planned

An advance planning e-mail announcement on March 27th described a 4-day air handler outage planned for July 27-30 for recoating of air handler interiors.

Occupants are asked to add these important dates to lab activity planning schedules.
