[ALERT] May 4th Next Triannual Maintenance Shutdown - Notice 2 of 3

Triannual planned maintenance on the PRB's lab-side and office-side air handler units and exhaust fans will be conducted by FOD on Wednesday, May 4th, 2022.

Occupants are reminded that air flows and other air-related building processes will be impacted throughout the day as maintenance is done.

Repairs that will take the full day are planned for the office-side air handler (AHU-4) which means this area could get significantly warmer or colder than normal. (depending on ambient conditions that day)

Maintenance is scheduled to start at 7:00 AM and is planned to be completed by no later than 3:00 PM.

Please take planned action to prepare for this event.




For long range planning purposes, the dates for Triannual Preventive Maintenance Activities for calendar year 2022 are as follows:

Outage 1 - 2022: January 5 - Wednesday - Done

Outage 2 - 2022: May 4 - Wednesday - Announced

Outage 3 - 2022: September 7 - Wednesday - Planned
