Offices Closed; Monday, May 28, 2018

[ASC Physics HR]

Hello Physics,

Friendly reminder: OSU and Physics Offices will be closed Monday, May 28, 2018 in honor of the Memorial Day holiday. Hourly paid employees and student workers should not be working or report hours for 05/28/2018.

Because the university will not be open Monday, hourly employees and student workers please submit your Pay Period 25 (05/13/2018- 05/26/2018) timesheets by Friday, May 25, 2018. Supervisors please approve timesheets by end of day Friday, May 25 or by 9:00am on Tuesday, May 29.

If student workers truly need to work and log hours on 05/28/18, supervisors should include a comment to confirm work completed prior to approving timesheets. Supervisors, if your students will work on the holiday, please notify  ASC-physics-hr at osu.edu<mailto:ASC-physics-hr at osu.edu>.
