Hi All,

I came across the article linked below in the Wall Street Journal about sexual harassment in the workplace and best practices.

It’s short, but if you don’t have time to read it, I would summarize it as follows:

1 – Intervention and action by bystanders is important. We know that those who are directly on the receiving end of harassment don’t want to come forward. As a bystander, you can help.

2 – Don’t invade another person’s personal space with a hug or other unwanted touching.

3 – Treat all people with respect.

Articles like this are a good reminder of these basics.
