[ALERT] May 3rd Next Triannual Maintenance Shutdown - Notice 2 of 3

Triannual planned maintenance on the PRB's lab-side and office-side air handler units and exhaust fans will be conducted by FOD on Wednesday, May 3rd, 2017



Occupants are reminded that air flows and other air-related building processes will be impacted throughout the day as maintenance is done.



In addition to work on the air handlers, the Domestic Cold Water service will be shut down for repairs.



Maintenance and/or repairs will also be done on several other building systems not listed that are considered non-impacting to occupants.



Maintenance is scheduled to start at 7:00 AM and is planned to be completed by no later than 3:00 PM.



Please take planned action to prepare for this event.

Outage 1 - 2017: January 4 - Wednesday - Done



Outage 2 - 2017: May 3 - Wednesday - Announced



Outage 3 - 2107: September 6 - Wednesday - Planned
