Title:  "Quantum phase transitions in square lattice SU(N) and SO(N) magnets"

Abstract:  I will discuss the phases and phase transitions in some simple SU(N) and SO(N) quantum spin models, studied both using ideas from quantum field theory and with large scale numerical simulations.
