eTimesheet/eLeave BW PP11 Due Today: Monday, November 16, 2015

Hello Physics Faculty, Staff and Students,

If you do not use eTimesheet, or do not supervise bi-weekly employees/students, please disregard this message.

Please submit your Pay Period 11 Bi-Weekly eTime/eLeave requests by 10:00 AM TODAY. Supervisors please make sure requests are approved by 12:00 PM, so employees are paid.



*         Employees should: Submit hours worked for each week before leaving on the last day of that work week or before 10:00 am on Monday morning.

Any employee that needs assistance with back-up eTime entry should be contacting Mallory Aliff<mailto:Aliff,%20Mallory%20%3califf.8 at osu.edu%3e> to review ASAP.



*         Supervisors should: Approve timesheets each week by 12:00 Monday so your employees get paid on time.

Any supervisor that needs assistance with back-up approval should contact Steve Baker<mailto:baker.440 at osu.edu>, Jean Ball<mailto:balljg at physics.osu.edu>, or Martina Gutik<mailto:gutik.1 at osu.edu> to review ASAP.

Holidays & Bi-Weekly Student Workers: Students should not have hours reported on paid OSU Holiday dates without supervisor/Physics HR pre-approval documented in email

Wednesday, November 11th was Veteran's Day
Thursday, November 26th is Thanksgiving
Friday, November 27th is the day after Thanksgiving (Columbus Day Observed)
Thursday, December 24th is Christmas Eve (Presidents Day Observed)
Friday, December 25th is Christmas Day
