Bi-Weekly Timesheet Deadline for Pay Period 14 is Monday, December 30th!
*         Bi-Weekly employees and students: Submit your timesheets before leaving for the holidays!
*         Timesheet Approvers/Supervisors: Review and Approve timesheets on or before Monday, December 30th
o   Approvers - If you will be traveling and unable to approve timesheets YOU MUST COMMUNICATE with Jean Ball or Steve Baker for back-up timesheet approvals

Year-End-Updates for Your W2 Tax Form

*         Update your HOME address in Employee Self Service<https://hr.erp.ohio-state.edu/psp/shcosuhr/EMPLOYEE/HRMS/c/ROLE_EMPLOYEE.OS_ESS_LOGIN.GBL> (ESS) - Deadline is January 8, 2014 for W2 Mailings

*         Enroll in W2 Express to electronically receive your W2 Tax Form. Go to: www.w2express.com<http://www.w2express.com>; the OSU Employer Code is 10380. - Deadline is January 15, 2014

o   If you have previously enrolled in W2 on-line you DO NOT need to re-enroll




Holiday Closures
OSU Will be Closed on Tuesday, December 24th and Wednesday, December 25h to observe President's Day & celebrate Christmas. Students are not permitted to be working on those days.

Upcoming Holidays: OSU Offices Closed - Students NOT Permitted to Work

*         December 24, 2013 - President's Day Observance

*         December 25, 2013 - Christmas Day

*         January 1, 2014 - New Year's Day


OSU Will Become Tobacco Free - Effective January 1, 2014
Ohio State has adopted a tobacco free policy that supports a healthy environment for all members of the Buckeye Nation. Effective January 1, 2014, the use of all types of tobacco products is prohibited in all university buildings and on all university-owned properties, including parking lots, garages, and all outside areas. (The full policy can be found at http://hr.osu.edu/policy/policy720.PDF).

This website includes resources<http://tobaccofree.osu.edu/resources/> to overcome tobacco or nicotine addiction through the OSU Health Plan, the Student Health and Wellness Centers, and other campus providers. There's no better time to get more involved in your health. Wellness is a Buckeye Thing!


ASC Staff Professional Development Grants - Application deadline is Friday, January 17, 2014
