[Physics-Other] [Physics-All] De Res Rare Books Club - May 31st, Smith Seminar Room (1080 PRB)

One of our undergraduate students Tim Vinopal has asked me to forward this
information. Thank you. 

 

"An exhibit of rare scientific articles will be held in the Smith Seminar
Room on May 31st from 4-6 pm by the De Res Rare books club. The showing will
have Einstein's first edition of general relativity, one of Galileo's
original publications, the first published physics book from 1555, and many
other works some of which are over 500 years old. This will be a hands on
experience where anyone may come and go as they please from 4-6 pm and there
will be donuts and coffee on the way out. "
