Bullet 4 is good. I would add staff as well as they are in the trenches with the residents. We went through this for a while on the last move 20 years ago and it helps to share ideas.

On baby weight, I think most know to have the parent hold the child on the scale if unruly and then alone and subtract the two weights.

Hi all,

- Chief residents and Dr. Kumar have created a new spreadsheet for the residents covering in-house and consults
- Update on code violet given to the attending and residents
- Dr. Steve gave positive feedback about ER/Triage and proposed whenever possible ER/Triage doctors work with two assistants and use two rooms to facilitate work flow
- Concern was raised regarding our emergency kit and drugs in the LAC knowing that we do not have the emergency cart here. Dr Griffen proposed a task force of attending and residents to address areas of concerns in the new clinic including emergency drugs and box.
- Weight and Height measurements now being done for all patients. For kids in the baby clinic, we are going to attempt and do the measurements if possible.
