Great job - I just have a couple of comments.
1. I would not include what we charge for sealants since this is sealant protocol. An appendix for the reimbursement of the different dental programs could accompany this protocol but, in my opinion, it does not belong in the protocol. We want to provide care based on sound caries-prevention standards. It may mean that we justify lingual pits, dens invaginatus, etc in the record so we can advocate for coverage.
2. The sections for sealing over noncavitated lesions and on special considerations using GI should be referenced - these are good additions to the protocol.
I believe that both of these are recommendations are referenced in the Systematic Review by Wright.

Erika has shared this with the hygienists who, from what I understand, will be doing sealants in the LAC.
Although it says "final" -- this is, of course, a working document and can be tweaked as needed.
