Nice view, Dr. C!  Yes, we all need to be advocates in whatever way we can and being engaged in organized dentistry is important - from local to state to national level.  

We have couple of marathon runners among our residents - more than ten-milers!  :)

Besides having a voice in the direction of helping children, being in organized dentistry allows u 2 travel and enjoy the good things in life like a few nights in the posh but somewhat snooty Ritz Carlton, a dinner at Joe's crab and steak restaurant and a beautiful walk along Lake Michigan at sunrise. YOU can make a difference and have a wonderful life in pediatric dentistry! Now go back to the front likes of the caries epidemic and make a difference! BTW, the residents from the UIC pedo program were out running intervals (Drs Amini and Claman are alums and can validate the boot camp discipline of that program). I lied and said the OSU/NCH pedo residents were on a ten-miler with full packs😝😝😝😝!
